Memory Blankets & Pillows

When my daughter was born, there were several of her new born outfits that I was IN LOVE with!  They were so tiny and cute, and I never wanted her to grow out of them....but of course she did.  So I thought to myself, what can I do to keep my favorites, other than put them in a box in the attic and never look at them agian?  Then it came to me.....MAKE A BLANKET!  So that's what I did.  I wanted the blanket to be something my daughter could have that would be special, so I also added material from my wedding dress....afterall it was just sitting in the closet too, untouched after my wedding.

Another idea is to honor a loved one thru the sacrifices they make.  The blanket below was for the baby of a Police Officer.  The blanket was made with patches from the uniforms of the officer for his newborn son. 

These little pillows are perfect for anywhere, the couch or the car!  They can be made in different sizes and materials for any theme/color you want.

Kids Clothes

I just LOVE these simple dresses for summer for the little girls running around in the sun!  Cute playtime dresses, or they can be made shorter for a top.  Either way they will love them!

Bow Keepers

You know the MILLIONS of bows that you can buy? Changing Sets

Have you ever been out and about and your little one needs to be changed? Public bathrooms are not usually kept very clean, and sometimes that is your only option.  These changing pads are great to keep in your car, or diaper bag so no matter where you are, or what you're doing, you know your baby will have clean place to be changed.  They are also great for the house to avoid those dreaded accidents during changing to keep floors and carpets free from "spills"

Tutu

Tutus are so much fun for so many reasons!!! They are a great addition to a costume, for party themes, dress up, or simply just because! They can be used to make you stand out in the crowd at an event, or can give those child portraits the perfect touch. For babies, toddlers, children and adults alike, everyone should have a tutu!

Tutus can be made with either a tie waist or elastic. They can be made at different volumes for fullness and with or without corresponding ribbon.

Carseat covers

Carseat Covers are a great way to protect your little one.  Keep hands away from your sleeping baby, or if you just don't want those strangers hands (who knows where they have been!) touching your baby.  Keep a cozy space for nap times on the go, or just a place your baby can relax without unwanted disturbances!  All orders can be made to order with a color/pattern/theme of your choice.  I post items as they are made to give examples, so if you see one you like in a picture you can have it too!

I am a working mom of a very busy toddler and the wife of a police officer.  I enjoy trying new projects and found out others like what I do! So at the recommendation of friends and family started selling my items as well. 

Almost all items are made to order and can be requested in any size, theme and color.  If you want the exact same item that is posted in pictures that is ok too!  Please allow time for the item to be made and shipped (and remember I do work full time and this is something done AFTER that).  I do my best to have the item made and ready for shipping 7-10 days after the order is received.  Place you order by commenting and leaving the item purchased, and any custom order information needed, along with your email address.  If you prefer, you can also email me at simplyshellysboutique@yahoo.com, and leave your order there, but please also leave a comment advising you have emailed your order.  Once the order is received I will email you an invoice through PayPal.  Once payment is received and the order is ready, your items will be shipped, (the invoice will be cost including shipping).
